The House of People's Hero Laza Stojanović can be classified among the objects of folk architecture from the Pomoravlje region at the beginning of the 20th century, but with influences of urban architecture, particularly noticeable on the exterior carpentry, which also constitutes a special value of this building. It is set on shallow stone foundations, built in a bond construction system with a fill of wicker and clay. The building is rectangular in shape, consisting of four rooms. The roof is gabled and covered with tiles. The eaves are extended and clad with profiled boards and shingles. On the southern facade of the building, a memorial plaque was placed in 1956 with the following text:

The House of People's Hero Laza Stojanović has been declared a cultural heritage – cultural monument, by the Decision of the Svilajnac Municipal Assembly, No. 020-90/82-04, dated 09.07.1982.
‘In this house lived People's Hero Laza S. Stojanović, commander of the Resava Partisan Detachment and organizer of the People's Liberation Struggle in Resava in 1941. In the fight against domestic traitors and fascist occupiers, he was wounded, captured, and hanged in Svilajnac in 1942.’
