Located at No. 47 Branka Krsmanovića street in Paraćin, this building once housed the Paraćin elementary school and is now used by the city library “Dr Vicentije Rakić”.

This building was constructed in the 1880s on the site of a smaller, earlier school building. Designed as a school with a closed atriums, with a ground floor and an upper floor.

This building has a rectangular footprint, with the main facade being slightly wider than the overall width of the structure. The facade facing Branko Krsmanovića street is symmetrically designed, featuring a prominent central risalit with a decoratively adorned portal. Apart from the classically composed portal, the facade is modestly executed, with simple cornice and parapet moldings beneath the windows. The vertical division of the building is distinctly emphasized.
