The Building at No. 22 Knjaza Miloša Street in Aranđelovac was constructed in the 1930s as a residential-commercial structure. This corner building, made of stone, brick, and reinforced concrete, consists of a partial basement, ground floor, and attic. The plasticity of the facades, achieved through the creation of ornaments in the neoclassical style, significantly influenced the formation of the urban environment in Aranđelovac. The horizontality is achieved through a cornice dividing the building into two zones. The upper zone contains window openings with multiple profiled lintels and two shallow pilasters flanking the windows on both sides. The smaller pilasters are a stylization of the Doric order, while the larger ones are of the Corinthian order. The ground floor ends with a cornice, above which is a richly decorated attic with a prominent central section, featuring a window to the attic. The attic covers a multi-pitched roof, covered with beaver-tail tiles.
