The Building at No. 8 Kneginje Milice (formerly Maršala Tita Street) in Jagodina was constructed in 1925, influenced by Art Nouveau. It consists of a ground floor, first floor, and attic. The street façade is elaborately treated and richly adorned with secondary plastic decoration. The main entrance on the ground floor is flanked by two semi-arched, cannelured pilasters with classical bases and capitals that fan out. The wall mass on the first floor is dynamically executed, as is the plastic decoration represented in it. The entire first-floor wall appears wavy due to two apsidal protrusions in the central zone. Six windows on the façade are paired on the protruding sections, above which is a garland. The side windows are framed by simple profiling, ending in decorative consoles and tympana, in which representations of cherubs are depicted. The wavy wall mass is bordered by triple cordon moldings above and below the windows. A masonry balcony with balustrades, placed above the windows in the attic, follows the wavy form of the wall surface. The typical monumental French mansard roof is divided into dominant central and side spaces.

On the central mansard, there are six windows, which are overspread by a tympanum with an acroterion at the top, while vases in plaster are placed at the corners. The tympanum features the year of construction and a cartouche with two palm branches. The roof is of a mansard shape, covered with falcon tiles.
