The Administrative Hospital Building was constructed in the interwar period in an eclectic style based on the principles of academicism.
The façade is symmetrically designed, featuring a central protruding risalit with an entrance. The building consists of a basement, a raised ground floor, and an upper floor. The façades are modestly decorated, with ornamentation limited to pilasters, cornices, and door frames.
Located within the Clinical Center, the Administrative Building of the Hospital continues to house the hospital administration. This cultural monument is considered one of the most significant healthcare-related landmarks in the Kragujevac area.
