The House at No. 25 Ustanička Street was built by the bookseller from Svilajnac, Žarko Todorović-Marčić, in the 1920s. The building is a single-story structure with a basement beneath its entire surface, constructed from stone and brick, utilizing reinforced concrete and steel profiles. The facades are richly decorated with neoclassical facade plastic, characteristic of city houses, featuring a pronounced roof cornice and strong window reveals and solbans. The roof has a gentle slope, with stylized openings, covered with pepper-shaped tiles and copper sheeting. The courtyard is enclosed by a monumental fence with separate gates for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. As the first house in Svilajnac to have electricity, water, and heating at the time, it is fully equipped with installations. The interior is lavishly decorated with marble, ceramics, and wood, with the use of colored and polished glass on the entrance and interior doors. The walls and ceilings are painted and decorated with plaster elements. The ground floor consists of two salons, a kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a maid's room, while the basement houses utility rooms, a boiler room, and a kitchen for large preparations.
