amidzin konak u kragujevcu, milosev venac, zavod za zastitu spomenika kulture kragujevac

The Building at No. 1 Surepova Street in Topola was constructed at the end of the 19th century. It housed the office of the first Topola municipality, which is why it is commonly known as the ‘County House’. The building features the characteristics of simplified urban architecture of Serbia from that period.

It is a rectangular building with a basement and a high ground floor, simple in design, with no decoration on the facade. It is constructed from stone, brick, and wood. The whitewashed facade features thirteen wooden windows, and the entrance to the house is from the yard, with a staircase leading to a small wooden porch. Today, the former ‘County House’ houses the offices of the Topola municipal administration.
