The Semi-Log House in Vrbeta represents a typical half-timbered structure with a rectangular layout, placed on flat terrain. On the main side, in the center, there is a small open porch, from which doors lead to the ‘house’, a room, and a dormer. The walls in the part where the ‘house’ is located are made of logs, while the other part is built in a bond construction, plastered, and painted. It is placed on shallow foundations made of broken stone, which are slightly higher in the foundation wall where the terrain gently slopes. The roof is gabled, covered with tiles. On the party wall, which is closed with a wooden board, there is an external door leading to the attic. The roof is dominated by an impressive ‘cupola’, which in the lower part is covered with wooden boards, with four wooden pillars supporting a small roof covered with tiles.
In the central part of the building is the ‘house’ with an open hearth and a large ‘baldachin’. The entrance door to the ‘house’ is arched. The floor in the ‘house’ is made of clay, and the ceiling is made of boards. In the room, the floor is also made of clay, and the ceiling is made of profiled tiles. The walls of the dormer are closed with tiles stacked upright. The room has two windows with original wooden grilles and warmers. The dormer was likely added at the end of the 19th century when the porch was shortened on both sides, with one side for the dormer and the other for the expansion of the room. On one side of the building, an additional small room was added, most likely at the end of the 19th century, and this part extends beyond the foundation of the half-timbered structure.
