The Building at No. 10 Boška Đuričića Street in Jagodina was constructed in 1929 as a residential heritage for the Ristić family. It is one of the most interesting and architecturally beautiful buildings in Jagodina. Built on two levels, the building gained a third level after the adaptation of the basement in 1966.
Rectangular in shape, it was constructed from stone and brick. The roof has four slopes, is steeply inclined, and covered with interlocking tiles. The façades are decorated in a rich and ornate manner. The cornice between the ground floor and the upper floor is elegantly detailed with a series of stylized relief lilies. Above the windows on the upper floor, there are garlands, amphorae with flowers, and floral metopes. The eaves are richly adorned with white, profiled wooden elements.
A monumental two-part entrance leads into a glass-paneled hall, above which lies a flat terrace with a concrete balustrade. The windows on the ground floor are tripartite, while those on the upper floor are bipartite. The building is currently used by the Museum of Native Art.
