The Building at No. 2 Kneginje Milice Street (formerly Maršala Tita Street) in Jagodina was constructed in the second half of the 19th century in the central part of the town as a one-story building with commercial space on the ground floor and residential space on the upper floor. It was built in the Academic style with elements of eclecticism. The appearance of the facade has been changed multiple times. When the house was built, no balcony was included, but one was added later during a facade modification. The current facade is characterized by a classical order achieved through the alternation of pediments and pilasters flanking four windows and a pair of balcony doors. The window arches are capped with archivolts forming attics. The pilasters around the windows finish with modified Doric capitals. The attic above the balcony doors ends with a broken arch, in which there is a mask in the shape of a small female head. The facade is vertically divided by four pilasters that rest on a classical base and end with Corinthian half-capitals. The bodies of the pilasters are flatly fluted. These pilasters support the roof cornice formed by a cordon cornice, with consoles beneath that support the attic cornice. The balcony is supported by two console beams, with a rectangular plate above them.

The balcony railing is made of wrought iron. It features a dense geometric pattern with the initials of the house's owner. The railing serves both a decorative and functional role. It is profiled in a pitcher-like shape, widening at the bottom. This design allows for a more natural standing position and support.
