The Old Administrative Building of the agricultural estate Dobričevo, near Ćuprija, is located in the central part of this large complex, to the left of the Ćuprija-Senje road.
It was built in the 1860s, during the second reign of Prince Miloš Obrenović (Serbian Knez Miloš Obrenović), as the administrative seat of the oldest ‘State Cattle Breeding Institute’ in Serbia, founded in 1852. The building is one of the most beautiful and representative structures of its time, and despite some minor modifications, it has retained its authentic form. It is built from durable materials with plastered, highly decorative facades. The base is rectangular with an extended annex on the inner side. It is constructed as a high-ground building with a gabled roof covered in beaver-tail tiles. Stylistically, it belongs to neoclassicism. The spatial layout is quite monumental, with a very decorative main facade. The building's special value lies in the relief decorations on the portals, windows, cornices, pilasters, and corner lesenes.
