The building was constructed as the endowment of Milovan Gušić, a merchant from Kragujevac, and is located on the street that now bears his name. Built in the style of late 19th-century urban architecture, it was completed in 1893. Initially established as a town school, the building still serves this purpose today, housing part of the ‘Radoje Domanović’ Elementary School.The building is rectangular in shape, with a central entrance designed as a passageway that leads inside and provides access to rooms on both the left and right sides. It is a single-story structure, reflecting the urban architectural spirit of the late 19th century. Located at Milovana Gušića Street No. 12.
