The Ethno Courtyard in Drača, near Kragujevac, consists of a house, a granary (vajat), a corncrib, and a monument dating back to 1902. The house is a single-story, three-part structure with a rectangular base, adorned at the front with a porch featuring arches. The walls are built using a timber-frame technique, while the four-sloped roof is covered with traditional ‘biberschwanz’ tiles.
The granary (vajat) was used as the village administration building from 1830 to 1902. It is a log structure with a square base, with base beams resting on a foundation of rough stone on sloped terrain. The walls are made of stacked planks in the ‘ćert’ style. Its four-sloped roof is covered with tiles. The elliptical corncrib is constructed from tightly interwoven wicker supported by foundation beams. The entrance is centrally located. The corncrib is elevated on blocks, and a porch with a roof covered with ‘biberschwanz’ tiles was added later.
An ethnographic museum was established at this site in 1984.
