The Building at No. 4 at Hajduk Veljkova Street belongs to the Morava style of houses constructed with a timber-frame system and brick infill. It is situated on gently sloping terrain, with a basement beneath half of the ground floor. The front features an angled porch with ‘false’ arches arranged in a 1+3 configuration. The roof is hipped and covered with terracotta tiles. The interior is divided into a central ‘house’ and three rooms. The structure underwent reconstruction in 1992.
