It is located near the Arch Bridge No. 1, spanning the Lepenica River, and is used exclusively for pedestrian crossing. The bridge was built on the site of an old wooden bridge, originally constructed to connect Miloš's court with the old church and the old parliament, dating back to the first half of the 19th century. The construction of the current bridge was completed in 1927, giving it the appearance it retains to this day. The bridge is 34.32 meters long. Its concrete railing is particularly ornate, featuring intricate geometric cast designs. As the railing widens, the ornaments expand as well. In the center, the construction year is inscribed in shallow relief. Decorative lamps are installed at both ends of the bridge.
