The Building at No. 4 Kneginje MIlice Street (formerly Maršala Tita Street) in Jagodina belongs to the Taušanović family and was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century. It was built in the Romantic style but has undergone stylistic changes over time. It is a single-story building with commercial space on the ground floor and residential space on the upper floor. Changes to the facade were made before 1914. The stone balcony with a baluster railing was replaced with a Secessionist one made of wrought iron. The facade is composed asymmetrically. The majority of the wall is occupied by double doors, with windows symmetrically placed on either side of them, while one-third of the facade features a shallow risalit with a single window that overhangs an oculus and decorations executed in plaster, creating an independent facade composition. The windows and doors are arched. Above them are massive archivolts with ornate consoles in the center, which here serve a decorative purpose. The windows are flanked vertically by ‘fibrous’ ornaments. The windows rest on stepped bases, below which are appliqués in the form of a circle with symmetrically placed floral motifs. The risalit in the upper section ends with an attic-like, multi-stepped, arched profile. The same decorative elements are present here, supplemented by somewhat more massive decorations in the form of branches.

On the facade of the ground floor, which is undecorated, six lion heads are rhythmically arranged. The heads are made of stone. Above the entrance doors and below the balcony, a console is applied to the wall, serving as a decorative element. The facade also features four medallions in the shape of baroque cartouches with ribbons.
The Building at No. 4 Maršala Tita Street in Svetozarevo was declared a cultural monument by the Decision of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Institute Kragujevac, No. 993/1, dated November 11, 1976.
