The Building at No. 37 Kneginje Milice Street (formerly Maršala Tita Street) is one of the oldest preserved buildings in Jagodina. It was built in the first half of the 19th century and represents an exceptional example of old urban architecture. It is located on flat terrain. It belongs to the type of more developed buildings of this kind. It is a single-story building, with a porch and a mezzanine on the main side. The porch has three oak columns, while on the opposite side there is a shortened porch with an exit to the economic part of the building. There is a basement under part of the building. It was built using the bondrood construction system. The roof is slightly sloped, with four pitches, and covered with tiles.

It was declared a cultural heritage – cultural monument, by the Decision of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Institute Kragujevac, number 974/1, dated November 4, 1976.
