The original Building at No. 20 Braće Milosavljevića Street in Jagodina was constructed in 1820 and belonged to the category of more developed structures. It featured six rooms and a doksat (covered porch), under which was the entrance to the basement. The roof was covered with ceramic tiles. The ceilings in the most rooms were made of wattle and daub. The hearth was eventually walled up. At the end of 20th century, a new building was erected on the site of the old one. The new strucure was partially retained the dimensions, room layout, roof design, windows, chimney, and other construction and decorative elements of the original building.

The Building at No. 20 Braće Milosavljevića Street in Jagodina was designated as an immovable cultural heritage – cultural monument, by the Decision of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Institute Kragujevac, No. 991/1, dated November 11, 1976.
